Cockroaches
Cockroach Control & Elimination
Cockroaches are among the most resilient and problematic pests homeowners face. They spread bacteria, trigger allergies and asthma, contaminate food, and multiply quickly if left untreated. Different species require different approaches, and we’re equipped to handle them all.
German Roaches
German roaches are the most common indoor species and reproduce at an alarming rate—one female can produce thousands of offspring in a year. They infest kitchens, bathrooms, and anywhere with warmth, moisture, and food sources. These roaches hide in cracks, behind appliances, and inside cabinets, making them difficult to reach with store-bought sprays or foggers. We use a multi-pronged approach including targeted baits, residual dusts in wall voids and crevices, precision sprays, and exclusion tactics to eliminate colonies at the source and prevent re-infestation.
American Cockroaches
Also known as “palmetto bugs” or “water bugs,” American cockroaches are larger and often enter homes through drains, sewer lines, and gaps around doors or windows. They prefer damp environments like basements, crawl spaces, and garages. Our treatment includes perimeter defense, drain treatments, moisture control recommendations, and interior applications where needed.
Oriental Cockroaches
These outdoor species often migrate indoors during weather changes or when seeking moisture. They’re commonly found in mulch beds, leaf litter, and wood piles before making their way inside. We address both the indoor infestation and the outdoor harborage areas to break the cycle.
Why DIY Methods Fail
Over-the-counter bombs and sprays may kill a few visible roaches, but they don’t reach the hidden colonies where most of the population lives. Worse, they can cause roaches to scatter into walls and new areas, spreading the problem. Our professional-grade products and strategic application methods target roaches where they breed, feed, and hide—delivering complete control, not just temporary relief.
